How long before I receive my tailor made dress, costume or accessories (Make to order)
We ask you to allow us 21 - 28 days to make your outfit / costumes, as soon as finished we send you a
photograph and your parcel is posted FAST using express courier reaching you within 3 – 5 days, guaranteed
and fully insured. Please allow a little longer for the ball / prom gowns.
Large orders will be given a specific completion date.

occasions and get limited use. Treat them as you would any other special garment and only ever have them
professionally dry-cleaned. If the dress is stored hanging up it may stretch. It is best to keep it flat and
preferably not folded. If you fold it, however, let it hang for a few days before wearing it again.
