It is extremely rare that this happens, but if parcel is stopped by customs, customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer,

Items unclaimed or shipped back to us due to customers not being at home, refused or providing the wrong address, will be reshipped back but at the buyers own expense. The buyer will be invoiced again for shipping at cost. Please notify your post office you are expecting a parcel from us to prevent this.

 

Returns and Refunds


-We must be notified of all returns within 7 Days of receipt as confirmed by the shipping records. After this period we have the right to refuse a return.

Hats and shoes can only be exchanged.....


-Items must be returned unworn as soon as possible within 15 days.


-Once we receive the returned item, the item will be remade or modified to rectify any points of dissatisfaction and then shipped back to you.


- The original shipping charge on your order is not refunded. all shipping charges for goods exchanged due to a customers buying in error (ie bought wrong size or color) will be the responsibility of the buyer


-Payment of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship anything back to us until AFTER you have contacted us for our return shipping address and details.

We have a no return policy on all tailor made items as they are made for the size of the customer and cannot be sold on, any items that are bought tailor made and are made and delivered to the measurements we received can not be refunded or exchanged, they can be sent back for adjustments, the shipping costs both ways will be the buyers responsibility, if we can not adjust the items to the new measurements given the items will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense unless there has been an agreement made with an agent from our store,


-If you cancel your tailor made order for any reason before we ship it to you there is a 'stop production' fee of 45% of the value of your order taken off your refund, no matter what stage of production your order is at....A lot of work and expensive materials outlay can go into your costume production in only a short time. Once an order is made we start to prepare materials straight away.
